Install in three steps

  1. Open the downloaded DMG.
  2. Drag Ticker to the Applications shortcut.
  3. Open Ticker from Applications. Its selected token appears in the menu bar.

About the macOS security prompt

This release is ad-hoc signed and has not been notarized by Apple. macOS may block it on first launch. This download does not provide the verified-developer assurance of a Developer ID signed and notarized app.

If you trust this download, try opening the app, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and look for Open Anyway. Follow the confirmation prompt. If your Mac is managed by an organization, its policy may prevent this. See Apple's guidance on opening apps safely. Do not disable Gatekeeper.

After opening

The default watchlist includes Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. Click a star to choose the menu bar token. Use + or ⌘N to search and add another token. Prices are in USD and refresh every minute when CoinGecko is available.
